Warm Mineral Springs

March 16 we visited warm mineral springs for my mom’s birthday. The water is a constant 87 degrees all year around. It is mostly filled with European visitors. It contains the highest concentration of minerals of the United States Warm water springs.. The lake was very deep in the center, but sandy and rocky on the edges. Warm Mineral Springs is believed to be the “Original Fountain of Youth” sought by the Spanish explorer Ponce de Leon. 9 million gallons of warm mineral water flowing daily. More mineral content than any spring in the USA. Third highest in the world! The History behind The Springs I spent so much time in the fountain of youth that I turned 7, or was it 17. Anyway, I was hanging out in the children’s area just to be safe that I didn’t keep getting too young if I went out too deep. ;-) he he
